Questions

What are agent credits?
Credits pay for the agent's work. The plan includes $500 of them every month.
Where does the work run?
Solves run on your machine. Your files stay on your disk. The agent sends what it reads to the model.
Do I need Docker?
Only for the open-source solvers. They run in containers. Ferro is built in and needs nothing.
Which computers does it run on?
Macs with Apple Silicon. Windows and Linux on Intel or AMD.
How are forward deployed engineering and engagements priced?
Both are scoped with you. Forward deployed engineering is a three-month engagement. Simulation work is priced once we agree what it has to answer.
